You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ng999 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful to access from all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ng999 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any wager placed using your account credentials — whether by you or by a third party with or without your authorisation — will be treated as having been placed by you and you will be responsible for all associated charges.
You must notify ng999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. ng999 will not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account prior to notification, except where such use was caused by the negligence of ng999.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ng999 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ng999 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
ng999 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be returned and the account suspended.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). ng999 processes standard MYR bank transfer and e-wallet withdrawals without applying platform-side fees. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification steps required.
ng999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotions is suspected. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
All transactions on the ng999 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ng999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies through the standard Platform payment flow.
ng999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other promotional offers to Members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.
Where a wagering requirement applies, it specifies the total amount that must be wagered before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires RM 3,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be requested.
ng999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus structures — including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in the forfeiture of any bonus and associated winnings and may result in account termination.
All bets placed on ng999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. These rules are available within each game or market interface. In the event of any discrepancy, the rules displayed within the game or market shall prevail over any general description on the Platform.
Where a sporting event is abandoned or voided, ng999 will settle bets in accordance with the published settlement rules for that market. For live casino games, if a technical interruption occurs during a round, the round will be resolved based on available game data at the point of interruption. In cases where resolution is not possible, all bets on that round will be voided and stakes returned.
ng999 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict access to certain markets or games, and void bets that are found to have been placed in error or in circumstances where a software error affected the displayed odds or game outcome.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ng999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

ng999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms shall limit ng999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
